At Breeze Tunes, we specialize in crafting custom show choir arrangements that elevate your performance and highlight your ensemble’s strengths. Whether you’re designing a full competition set or a standout concert number, we collaborate with your creative team to turn any song into a powerful, performance-ready arrangement crafted to match your choir’s unique sound and style.
The first step is to reach out and get on our schedule! During the lead-up to competiton season our schedule gets extremely hectic but we can usually accomodate most requests.
Next comes the hardest part of the process — choosing what song to arrange! We like to be involved, but if you’ve already got the show set that’s okay too.
Obtaining permission to arrange is an important and necessary part of the process and we will work with you to make sure your music has all of the nescessary clearances.
Then we start writing! We always want to know the number of singers you have, their voice parts, the instrumentation of the band, and any other show or theme related information that will help us get it right the first time. But in case we don’t, we provide one round of revisions or edits free of charge.
We typically provide a draft of the piano vocal score to all the members of the creative team for feedback before it goes to our track team. Getting everyone on the same page early will help the teaching process go much more smoothly down the road.
At this point the arrangement is “locked” and gets sent to our Track Team to make a demo for your choreographer to use in teaching the song. We also provide part-dominant tracks with each voice part isolated to help students practice their parts.
Once everything is finished it’s time to share the music with students! Please keep us in the loop throughout the season! We love hearing about performances and other feedback.
